It is very unfortunate (but understandable) that you had to cancel the Jacksonville show last night. The venue is indeed refunding my presale tickets but it would have been wonderful to have witnessed a great concert instead. I will certainly be there if there is a make up show and I hope the rest of the tour goes smoothly.
